Deena McConnell

Owner Manager
Head of Scheduling
Waxing, Casting
Deena entered the dental field in 1980. Mostly working in small labs, her hands on skills have excelled in both analog and digital workflows. Always keeping the doctors chair time in mind, quality is always at the forefront. Her time management skills keep the lab schedule on time. In her spare time, Deena enjoys cooking, entertaining, live music, and theater.

Mark Bonner, CDT

Head Ceramist
Custom Shades
Mark has many years in the dental business, starting in high school in Texas. After graduation, he earned his CDT and moved west to California. Mark has been a lead ceramist since 1994. In his spare time, Mark collects and restores Coleman lanterns, enjoys camping and live music.

John Irwin

Head of Modeling
and Delivery
John has been in the dental field for many years. He keeps the wheels in motion, both on the road and in the lab. In his spare time, John enjoys reading, writing, and A’s baseball.

Tony Mattos

Lead CAD/CAM Tech
Porcelain Tech
Tony began his dental career in 2009. He leads the CAD/CAM department, and has a deep knowledge of all digital platforms. In his spare time, Tony enjoys golf, relaxing, and enjoying a good cigar.
